| Program |
Manages field experience alignment; not responsible for curriculum. Coordinate internal internship application processes, field experience placement, internship student events/orientations.

Support marketing and events of the program
Supports the ASA on enrollment management and registrations in programs
Supports student administration through preparation of tuition waivers, processing course permits, maintaining student files and records, and fulfillment of other student-related or program administrative requirements.
Provides support for instruction through administration of course syllabi, class materials, exams, course evaluations, maintaining , etc.
Provides support to the Senior Department Administrator in Undergraduate Studies on streamlining communication, textbook adoption and grading deadlines.

Partner with academic departments and leadership to identify high-demand courses, optimize course offerings, and address enrollment gaps
Oversee and support course scheduling operations, providing guidance on policies, systems, and best practices to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Guide departments on scheduling strategy, troubleshooting system and policy-related issues, and ensuring compliance with university standards
Manage undergraduate curriculum processes, including proposal review, policy compliance, and coordination across academic committees
Streamline curriculum workflows and improve documentation practices to enhance efficiency and compliance
Oversee student records management, certification, and graduation verification processes to ensure accuracy and timely response to external stakeholders
