Possible Stale Meeting Dates Needs Manual Check

Alt Cal sections whose title mentions a specific date (e.g. "begins 8/25 and ends 10/17") that doesn't fall on a day this section's DAYS field says it meets. USF's own date text never includes a year, so this can't detect "this is literally last year's date" directly - only that the written date doesn't line up with this year's calendar for the stated meeting day. This is a heuristic, not a certainty - a real, occasional face-to-face session on a different day than the course's usual meeting day (e.g. a Saturday session for an otherwise-Thursday course) will also show up here correctly but isn't actually an error. Treat every row as "worth a look," not "confirmed wrong."
